Q: When are you open?
A: September 2nd-October 30th
Q: How many events are at the Land of Illusion?
A: We now have 6 events including the “New” Field Of Screams.
Q: How much are tickets?
A: Things have changed a little this year. The general ticket admission price is $29.99 on Fridays, $34.99 on Saturdays and $24.99 on Sundays. Make sure to check the discounts page our web site for a coupons.
Q: Is a fee charged for parking?
A: Yes, there is a $3 fee per carload for parking. All proceeds from this go to the Madison Athletic Association, a non-profit group.
Q: What is FastPass?
A: FastPass will move you to the shorter, faster line. When you purchase the FastPass you may use it at every event except our new Field Of Screams.
Q: What will the general ticket price give me access to?
A: General Admission will give you access to the entire park. You may visit all of the events as many times as you like from 8pm – 2am Fri. & Sat. or 8pm – 11:30pm on Sundays (open Sun. in October).
Q: Will I be able to wait inside the park for my party if I do not want to go through an event?
A: No. With one price general admission you must purchase a ticket to enter the park.
Q: What is Club Zombie?
A: Club Zombie is an area located inside the park where you can rock it out with our devilish DJ and hang out with your friends during our normal park hours.
Q: Are coupons good for any night?
A: Most of our coupons are good only on a designated night.
Q: Are you open on Sundays in September?
A: No, the park only opens on Sundays in October this year.
Q: Do you have an age limit to visit the park?
A: No, however this is not for the faint of heart. The park is full of guts, gore and blood! Many events include strobe lights, fog and chainsaws.
Q: Do you have a discount price for children?
A: Children 5 years and younger are free with adult admission.
Q: Do you offer a Military discount?
A: With a Military ID, you will receive $5.00 off your ticket price.
Q: Do you have group discounts?
A: Our group discount rates start at 4 or more people and must be purchased on-line. Please visit the section of our website under tickets for further details and restrictions.
Q: Do you still have your bon-fire?
A: Yes of course, wouldn’t be the same without it!
Q: Do you give rainchecks?
A: No. Most of our events and waiting lines are under roof. However, in the event of inclement weather, outdoor events may close without notice.
Q: Do you give refunds?
A: No. We do not give refunds for any reason.
Q: Is the admission price on nights of the concerts and shows more than regular admission?
A: No. We’re simply providing you with added value for your ticket.
Q: Can I pay just to see the concert?
A: No.
Q: If I purchase a ticket will I be guaranteed to go through all events?
A: There are too many variables to guarantee you’ll see every event but we can tell you that if you get there early most see everything.
Q: If I purchase a Fast Pass, will I be guaranteed to go through all events ?
A: If you purchase a Fast Pass, you will definitely make it through each event faster, especially on a busy night.
Q: I arrived at the park at 8PM when the gate opens. Why are none of the attractions open yet?
A: This is because some of the attractions have scenes which are outside. We wait to open these until its dark enough outside. This is for the customer’s benefit.
Q: If I am unable to make it through all of the events will I be able to get a ticket for another night or a refund?
A: No. Your ticket purchase is good for one night only with no refunds.
Q: Which night is the best to come for less wait times?
A: Friday night.
Q: What exactly is the Field Of Screams?
A: It is a family-friendly corn maze. There are no monsters in the corn maze.
Q: Do I need to bring a flashlight for Field Of Screams?
A: No. We’ll provide a souvenir flashlight for your group.
